3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our approved secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.
• Delivery is subject to a flat fee of R100 for door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• Returns for store credit or refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, user manuals, and charging accessories.
• Hygiene Restriction: Devices with broken hygienic security seals or evidence of direct skin use/contact cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability
• Klarity, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any of our products or services, or from failure to follow device user manuals and guidelines correctly.
